1 1/2 pounds beef chuck roast
1 cup red wine
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
